Information Technology Supervisor

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Supervisor located in Muscat. The Information Technology Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s IT department. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing and leading the IT team, and ensuring that all IT systems are functioning efficiently and effectively to support the hotel’s operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field is a must.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Hospitality IT operation.
- Hands on experience in PMS, POS, Server management, Backup system knowledge is a must.
- Clear knowledge of Networking, Wi-Fi, Servers, PBX, IPTV, CCTV, Access control, Computer troubleshooting, and General IT Hardware & Software.
- Able to work under pressure, handle emergencies, and support hotel operations at different times when needed.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain IT issues in simple language to hotel staff.
- Personals already in Oman will be preferred
