ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Supervisor located in Muscat. The Information Technology Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s IT department. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing and leading the IT team, and ensuring that all IT systems are functioning efficiently and effectively to support the hotel’s operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Technical Support skills
- Strong Troubleshooting abilities
- Team Leadership and Team Management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in the hospitality industry
